Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 16, 2024

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines acceptable and prohibited uses of ExportTok. By using the Service, you agree to this policy. Violations may result in account suspension, termination, and referral to law enforcement.

2. Prohibited Content Categories

You may NOT use ExportTok to process, export, or generate content in any of the following categories:

2.1 Pornographic and NSFW Content

Any sexually explicit, erotic, or pornographic material, including content depicting nudity or sexual acts. This applies regardless of whether the individuals depicted are adults.

2.2 Violence and Graphic Content

Content promoting, glorifying, or depicting gratuitous violence, gore, torture, or self-harm. This includes instructions or encouragement to commit violence.

2.3 Hate Speech and Discrimination

Content that attacks, disparages, or promotes discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.

2.4 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — Zero Tolerance

ExportTok maintains absolute zero tolerance for CSAM and any content that exploits or endangers minors (any person under 18). Prohibited actions include:

  • Submitting video URLs or content that depicts minors in sexual or exploitative contexts
  • Using the Service to produce, distribute, or store any content sexualizing minors
  • Attempting to bypass content safety measures to obtain outputs involving minors

CSAM violations result in immediate and permanent account termination, deletion of all associated data, and mandatory reporting to law enforcement under applicable statutes (including 18 U.S.C. § 2252, EU CSAM Regulation, and equivalent laws in all operating jurisdictions).

2.5 Deepfakes and Synthetic Media

Creating, exporting, or distributing AI-generated synthetic media (including deepfakes) that depicts real individuals in fabricated, harmful, or misleading scenarios without their consent. This includes non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation of public officials, and fraudulent use of someone's likeness.

2.6 Copyright and Intellectual Property Infringement

Exporting copyrighted content without proper authorization or license. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to export and use any data accessed through ExportTok.

3. AI-Specific Use Restrictions (AI专项禁止)

In addition to general prohibitions, the following restrictions apply specifically to AI-generated outputs and AI-assisted features:

  • No training competing models: You may not use ExportTok outputs, generated content, or any data derived from the Service to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model that competes with ExportTok or our AI model providers (including DeepSeek).
  • No scraping outputs: You may not systematically scrape, harvest, or extract AI-generated outputs from the Service using automated tools, bots, or APIs beyond what is provided through the normal user interface.
  • No impersonating professionals: You may not use AI-generated outputs from ExportTok to impersonate licensed professionals (including but not limited to lawyers, doctors, financial advisors, or mental health professionals) in any context.
  • No professional替代 advice: AI analysis outputs (sentiment analysis, keyword extraction) are not a substitute for professional judgment. Do not use outputs as the sole basis for significant business, legal, medical, financial, or safety decisions.

4. Content Grading and Response Timeline

All reported or detected violations are classified into one of four severity levels. Each level determines our response timeline and enforcement action:

Level Description Examples Response Timeline
L4 — Critical Illegal content, imminent harm, or CSAM CSAM, terrorism content, child exploitation Immediate account termination; Law enforcement referral within 24 hours
L3 — Severe Serious policy violation with potential for harm Hate speech, non-consensual deepfakes, graphic violence Account suspension within 24 hours; review and decision within 3 business days
L2 — Moderate Policy breach without direct harm Spam distribution, IP infringement, API abuse Warning or temporary restriction within 3 business days; full review within 7 business days
L1 — Minor Minor or ambiguous violation; first-time Minor spam, isolated prohibited content attempt, ambiguous content Written warning within 5 business days; content removal on review

5. Enforcement Actions

Enforcement actions are applied progressively based on violation severity and user history:

Action Description Applied When
Content Removal Export data or outputs containing prohibited content are removed from our systems All confirmed violations (L1–L4)
Written Warning Formal notice sent to the user's registered email First L1 or L2 violation
Temporary Suspension Account access suspended for a defined period (1–30 days) Repeated L1/L2 violations or single L3 violation
Permanent Termination Account deleted; all data permanently removed; future re-registration blocked Single L4 violation or accumulated serious violations
Law Enforcement Referral Incident reported to relevant law enforcement authorities CSAM, terrorism content, or any content requiring mandatory reporting under applicable law

6. Appeal Mechanism

If you believe an enforcement action was applied in error, you may submit an appeal:

  1. Send your appeal to support@tiktokexport.tech with the subject line "AUP Appeal — [Your Account Email]"
  2. Include your account email, the enforcement action taken, and a detailed explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect
  3. Submit supporting evidence if available (e.g., proof that content was misclassified)

We will acknowledge appeal receipt within 3 business days. Appeals are reviewed by a team member not involved in the original decision. We aim to resolve appeals within 7 business days; complex cases may take up to 14 business days.

Important: Appealing an enforcement action does not automatically restore access during the review period. For L4 (Critical) violations involving CSAM or illegal content, appeals are not accepted — enforcement is final.

Permitted uses include:

  • Analyzing audience feedback for content creation and strategy
  • Research and academic purposes
  • Personal use and portfolio building
  • Marketing and brand analysis (commercial redistribution of exported data is prohibited without authorization)
  • Community management and moderation
  • Compliance with applicable TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

⚠️ AI Output Disclaimer: AI-generated analysis (sentiment labels, keyword extraction) may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for any significant decision. Do not use AI outputs as a substitute for professional advice.

After acknowledgment, we conduct an initial review and take action (content removal, account suspension, or closure) within 7 business days. For emergencies or imminent threats, please also contact your local law enforcement directly.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered accounts at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
